In this release, we focused on your ability to manage work orders. You can now move work orders through the different phases of their lifecycle, including accepting new work orders and submitting completed work for approval. In addition, you can now edit most fields of work orders. You can set fine-grained statuses, update the priority, change the assignee, and more. In the next release, we will expand these management abilities to purchase orders so you can also dispatch and manage vendors. Stay tuned! |
